Quiet nights, but not spotless

Our family enjoyed a spacious double queen room, perfect for relaxing after day trips. The staff's friendliness was refreshing, and we loved the breakfast discount!

Unfortunately, the hallways felt neglected and not as clean as we'd hoped. It overshadowed the pleasant aspects of our stay.

We enjoyed the indoor pool and the relaxing atrium. Our room had a microwave, which was super handy for late-night snacks. The hotel's location near shopping and Tim Horton’s was a nice perk as well!

The hotel's interior courtyard was inviting, featuring a tropical vibe with lush plants and a soothing pool area. Accessibility was great, as the staff were always eager to assist, making my stay comfortable and worry-free.

Parking options could be improved for easier access.

I had a pleasant stay as a solo traveler for 2 nights. The atrium view from my room was lovely. The beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The central indoor garden added a unique touch. The sauna was a nice bonus too! 🧖‍♀️

The Honeymoon Suite was clean, spacious, and had a lovely spa tub! The patio overlooking the pools was such a treat. Wi-fi was fantastic too, perfect for binge-watching my favorite shows.

The fitness room was so stuffy I thought I’d start a sauna trend! And smoke wafting in from the neighboring deck? Charming, if you're into that sort of thing.

Kids in the pool made it noisy.

I had a very pleasant experience during my recent business stay. The hotel offered a spacious room with comfortable beds, which was conducive to a restful night. I appreciated having a business center available, which helped me finalize my presentation materials before an important meeting.

Some areas of the hotel showed signs of wear.

Romeo's Kitchen is a must-try—eating there was pure bliss, dishing out local flavors! The room was cozy, and the friendly staff always had a smile. I appreciated the tropical vibe around the pool area too!

However, finding parking was a real pickle, and the carpets were seen better days! Some half-eaten plates lingering in the hallways were pretty off-putting.
